General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for “Built by Piet” coaching.

1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the provider of the provider of the “Built by Piet” coaching program (hereinafter referred to as “we” “us” or ”Built by Piet") and the participants (hereinafter ‘you’, ‘customer’ or ‘participant’) of the program. By registering and participating in the coaching program, you accept these GTC in their respectively valid version.

3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by your registration and the subsequent confirmation by us (e.g. via our website or a coaching app). By registering, you declare agree to these GTC and undertake to comply with the agreed services.
4. Services of the coaching program “Built by Piet”
The coaching program includes:
A training plan individually tailored to you
A personalized nutrition plan based on your goals
Regular feedback to monitor progress and adjust the plan
Use of a coaching app for communication, documentation and
progress tracking
5. Support from Built by Piet and other coaches
Support is provided by Piet personally and, if necessary, by qualified coaches from the “Built by Piet” team. All coaches work according to the same principles and quality standards in order to offer you the best possible support at all times.
6. Minimum contract term and termination
The minimum contract term is 3 months. After expiry, termination is possible with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail (piet.heilker@gmail.com) or via the coaching app.
Extraordinary right of termination:
In the event of price changes during the term, you have an extraordinary right of termination. The notice must be given within 14 days of notification of the change.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins with the conclusion of the contract. Please note: As soon as you start coaching (e.g. by receiving plans), the right of withdrawal expires.

8 Liability
Participation is at your own risk. We assume no liability for training results or any health consequences in the event of improper implementation of the contents. Before starting, you should check with a doctor whether you are fit to exercise.
9. Use of the coaching app

10 Rights to content
All content provided as part of the coaching (plans, videos, texts, etc.) is protected by copyright. Disclosure or commercial use is prohibited without our written consent.
11 Data protection
Your data will only be used within the scope of the coaching and will not be passed on to passed on to unauthorized third parties. You can find our privacy policy at: [link to privacy policy]
12. Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. You will be notified of changes in good time communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the contract.
13. final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should a clause of these GTC be invalid the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
