Hi, I'm Piet - your coach for training, nutrition and physical transformation.
At the age of 18, I already have over four years of experience in bodybuilding and secured my Pro Card in the GNBF's teen class at the age of just 17. I recently graduated from high school and am now using the time to live out my passion for the sport even more intensely - and to help you achieve your goals.
My sporting background is not only in weight training, but also in soccer: I played in the junior regional league at Preußen Münster and gained valuable experience there - discipline, team spirit and perseverance, which still characterize me today and which I incorporate into my coaching.
In my free time, I work intensively on training and nutrition and I would like to pass this passion on to you. Whether you want to build muscle, reduce body fat or simply develop your physical and mental potential - I will help you achieve your goal with structure, motivation and know-how.
